I help clients connect the dots between user needs and business objectives
My Approach to Design
As a Staff Product Designer, I see design as a way to bring clarity to complexity. It’s how I help teams align, move with purpose, and solve the right problems—thoughtfully and at scale. My approach blends systems thinking with hands-on facilitation, and I anchor every project in a set of values that, conveniently, all start with the letter C.
Courage
Good design asks us to dig deeper, challenge assumptions, and navigate ambiguity with confidence. I’m not afraid to ask the hard questions or pause when something doesn’t feel right—especially when it leads to better outcomes for users and the business.
Connection
Design is deeply relational. I build trust by listening well, meeting people where they are, and creating shared understanding across teams. When we connect the dots between users, systems, and stakeholders, better solutions emerge.
Collaboration
I thrive in the messy middle—facilitating cross-functional conversations, navigating constraints, and helping teams get unstuck. I bring structure when it’s needed and flexibility when it’s not, always focused on building momentum together.
Creativity
For me, creativity is about possibility. It’s how we unlock fresh thinking, test bold ideas, and stay open to surprise. I encourage experimentation early and often—not just to make things beautiful, but to make them better.
In every project, I aim to create the conditions for thoughtful, collaborative, and courageous design that leads to real impact.

What Clients are Saying
“I am writing to let you know how much I appreciated Rose’s facilitation last week during our three-day workshop in San Jose. I really enjoyed the team’s chemistry and how well they supported each other.
As with all workshops, sometimes we had to course correct and they were adaptable and gracious with their approach.”
